501(c)3: No new information. Old Business:

  • Jesse Benne stated mailing transition (PO Box) is becoming a hassle, and he suggested using the Edmond Fire department as a place to send checks to mitigate the issues. In the future if another secretary takes over as long as the address is a business and not a personal address there is no conflict.
  • Mike Haley asked about the sponsorship prices, and the form was saved as 300, but we upped the cost last year to 500.
  • Jesse and Gina brought up new items needed, and Jesse stated he would get a list together of items for future costs.

New Business:

  • Chad Oubre is instructing a Fire Dynamics Fundamentals class, and FMAO is going to contribute $500 for the class for consumables. The OKIAAI is going to contribute an amount to OSU-OKC after registration.

Next Meeting: The next meeting is scheduled for June 20th, at 11:00 via Teams. A motion was made by Jesse Benne to adjourn. Seconded by Steve Rhodes. Motion approved and carried.
