RESERVATIONS/METHOD OF PAYMENT
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: If individual guest make their own reservations, they must call the Hotel directly at 405-964-7777 and identify themselves as members of OKIAAI22. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The Grand Casino Hotel Resort strongly suggests you not use your bank debit card to guarantee, as your bank (not the hotel) will take a deposit and hold it until your departure. We do not take cash deposits however you may pay with cash at check out.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Please be advised that upon check in, the Hotel will require individual guests to present a valid debit/credit card for their room. An authorization hold will be put on the card for $50.00 per day. This hold will be released by the Hotel upon
check out, however it is the individual’s bank that determines when this amount will be released back to the individual’s account. Please allow up to five business days on credit cards and seven days for debit/bank cards for this amount to be released.
October 4, 2022 – After this date, rooms will be released from Group’s
room block and Hotel will place them back in general inventory. Hotel will continue to accept reservations from Group’s attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.
CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL ROOM RESERVATIONS
Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations unless otherwise stipulated in this agreement. Deposits are refunded or credited only if notice is received 72 hours prior to arrival date and cancellation number must be obtained by guest.
